Danielle Dietz is a real estate advisor with Smith & Associates Real Estate serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Tampa Bay, specializing in St. Petersburg, South Tampa, and surrounding neighborhoods. Having lived in multiple South Tampa neighborhoods, and near downtown St. Petersburg, she offers firsthand knowledge that helps clients compare communities and make informed decisions.
Danielle's real estate experience started in 2017 when she began operating her own home as a short-term rental while traveling for work. Since then, she has built experience as a buyer, seller, landlord, and owner of multiple rental properties.
She helps clients understand neighborhood differences, property value, and long-term investment potential while keeping the buying and selling process straightforward and well organized.
Her husband served in the Air Force, stationed locally at MacDill Air Force Base when they met. Danielle convinced him to buy in 2020 (yielding him one of his best investments) and gained firsthand experience with VA loans and benefits. She has since specialized in supporting veterans with their relocations, investment properties and leveraging Florida property tax benefits.
